Panto star Churchill tours Nottingham
Churchill took a break from rehearsals to do a spot of pantomime promotion in Nottingham last week. He visited the castle and posed for photos with the lions at the Council House before heading off to meet the students at Nottingham Trent University.
It wasn’t all sight-seeing and photo shoots though! Churchill also recorded an interview for Fly FM and spent some time talking to Jennifer Scott of the Nottingham Evening Post.
Churchill – the face of Churchill Insurance – will be appearing in Jack and the Beanstalk at Nottingham’s Theatre Royal with Nigel Havers, Jenna Louise Coleman and ventriloquist extraordinaire Paul Zerdin. Paul’s friend Sam also appears on the poster, but Churchill is confident that the stars of the show won’t be upstaged by a puppet.
